Brad Peeler
Owner/Director of Operations
Brad has over 20 years of experience in the pest and wildlife industry with a combination of both field and office training. He’s learned all the tricks of the trade and continues to learn from every new situation. He carries many licenses within the pest and wildlife industry including being a state instructor who’s able to provide continuing education credits required by the state for others to maintain their pest control licenses and/or registrations. Whether as a manager or at a home inspection he is always fair. Using everything he has learned along the way to offer the best solution available, at the best price.
He also has extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry. There he learned a strong commitment to service excellence, which he still carries to this day. Brad proudly served in the US Army and was honorably discharged in 2001.
Greg Sulhoff
Structural Consultant
Greg has 40+ years of experience in the residential construction industry. Looking for something where he could stay within the home care industry but something that allowed for fewer trips up and down a ladder, he found his spot at HomeFree in 2020.
You will see him assisting with exclusion repairs as needed and consulting on jobs where construction repair may be necessary. Greg has a wealth of construction knowledge and is always happy to offers suggestions or advice for home repair when requested.
Greg is a husband, father, and grandpa. When he isn’t working for HomeFree he can be found doing small construction/remodeling projects around North Georgia.
Jeremy Maloney
Service Specialist
Jeremy is an experienced pest control and route technician who joined the HomeFree team in 2022.
Jeremy has been in the pest control industry for the better part of 10 years with extensive pest control knowledge where he has been recognized for exemplary customer service and problem solving skills. Jeremy believes in always being available to clients to assist with their concerns as well as providing top notch customer service. He has been married to his beautiful wife Barbara for 15 years with 3 beautiful daughters.
When not working, Jeremy enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys watching movies, college football, college basketball and Atlanta Braves baseball.
Wes Peeler
Sales and Service Director
Wes is a United States Army Veteran, serving in Desert Storm. He joined the HomeFree team in 2021, after spending years as a recovery agent.
Wes came on board looking for somewhere he could plant some roots, and found his new home with his brother at HomeFree. Wes handles the sales and service for his territory in North Georgia including Lake Arrowhead, and parts of Woodstock and Marietta. He is extremely detail-oriented and thorough.
He is a proud husband and father. In his free time, you will find him out hunting, fishing or coaching his son’s all-star baseball team.
Mindy Sulhoff
Accounting
Mindy has over 40+ years of bookkeeping experience. She has worked within many industries, including construction and consultation.
For the past 20+ years, she has maintained a business as a freelance bookkeeper. She also has vast experience reconciling the books for tax purposes for various clients.
Mindy has worked from home as a part-time bookkeeper for HomeFree since 2020. She is also a wife, mom and grandma. When she isn’t working for HomeFree you will find her spending time with her grandkids or maintaining the books for her other clients.
Tiffany Peeler
Website/Marketing/Administrative
Tiffany has over 15 years of experience in the administrative field. Working in a variety of industries, including construction and pest control offices. Most recently, she has done freelance administrative and marketing work out of her home. Tiffany is a mom, wife and co-owner of HomeFree.
Starting the company with her husband, Brad, in 2019, Tiffany created the website and got the administrative side up and running. She also handles all the marketing materials from the company logo to truck design.
When she isn’t working for HomeFree you will find her taking care of their kids or doing virtual admin and marketing work for her other clients.
